Born in 1968, specialised in business administration at Spegea and completed his professional training at Indeco, the family firm of which he is a shareholder, where he started as CEO’s and marketing manager’s assistant. Today he is sales and marketing manager and president of the board of directors of Indeco North America. A passionate yachtsman, he is also a gifted singer and performer.

Born in Padua in 1968, after his studies he soon started working at FAI, which would then be acquired by the Japanese multinational KOMATSU in 1996. Thanks to his education in economics and finance, he held all the administrative positions in the company, up to becoming CFO of the domestic sales branch first, and since 2007 of the manufacturing plant of Komatsu Italia Manufacturing Spa. In April 2020 he assumed the role of CEO.

Born in Brianza where he still lives, married, one daughter. After graduating in mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan, he joined CGT, the Caterpillar Italian importer of engines and machines, that he still represents in Unacea as a consultant. In CGT, and within the TESYA group, he held several positions, up to the role of general manager and member of the board of directors. In the trade association field, he was president of the Construction equipment importers association.

After a degree in mechanical engineering, and a brief experience in R&D in the wood machinery sector, he joins Caterpillar. In more than 20 years of career within CAT, he holds several management in the field of operations, up to CEO of the hydraulic components branch in Italy. Since 2018, he is CEO and plant director of the Minerbio Caterpillar branch, specialized in the production of roadworks machineries.

Born in Padua in 1971, following a managerial experience at Bain & Company, he joined CNH in 2020 as head of business development, initially for Europe and the International Region, then for North America. Today, he is the vice president for Europe at CNH Construction Equipment. He is also responsible for earthmoving machinery production plants in Europe and oversees Sampierana, a company acquired in 2022.

Born in Swiss in 1969, graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Bologna university in 1995 and EMTIM postgraduated at Bologna Business School in 2011. After a period in the field of mechanical design, in 2008 organises the R&D in Soilmec. At present, he is product line manager for drilling machines of small and large diameter at Soilmec spa, a Trevi Group company.

Born in Milan in 1965, with a degree in engineering, he has gained extensive executive experience throughout his professional career, including international roles, in leading companies operating in related industrial sectors such as Doka, Still, Pramac and Goodyear. Since December 2023, he has held the position of chief executive officer of JCB SpA.

Born in Lugo di Romagna in 1984, graduated in Accounting and holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna.
Since 2009, he has been working in foreign trade and commercial alliances at VF VENIERI.
Since 2015, he has been an “Ambassador” for the Technical professional center of Lugo and coordinates the export office, managing OEM agreements and developing new products.

Born in Milan in 1972 and graduated from the Politecnico University with a degree in aerospace engineering, after a brief experience in the technical management of Agusta-Westland, at the end of 2001 he joined Cifa Spa, where he assumed roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of R&D, after-sales and operations, until his current role as industrial director with control of production sites and the supply chain.
Today, he is also a member of the board of directors of various companies in the Cifa group.

Born in Poggibonsi (Siena) in 1965, graduated in Economics. In 1995 he started working for Imer International and become CEO in 2015, after a period head of the company Le Officine Riunite Udine Spa, Concrete Machinery Division of Imer Group. He has held several offices for trade associations in Tuscany, is president of “Mechanics” group in Confindustria Udine and board member of Intermedia Holding.

Born in 1960, graduated in mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan. He started working in the aeronautic industry at Agusta and Litton, then he hold managerial positions in sales and marketing within the corporations Aeroquip-Vickers and Eaton Hydraulics, manufacturers of systems and components for industrial and construction machines. Since 2003, he is CEO of Wirtgen Macchine, Italian branch of Wirtgen Group – a John Deere Company.
