FORMOTER AT SAIE 2011:
FOCUS ON ATTACHMENTS
Unacea lauches the Construction
equipment day on 5 October
The technical training on earthmoving machines and attachments will be at the centre of next Saie 2011, the International building exhibition, which will take place in Bologna from 5 to 8 October.
Formoter, the courses for earthmoving equipment operators organised by Saie in collaboration with Unacea, this year will be devoted to the use of attachments (hammers, buckets, crushers, etc.). Last year the event was attended by 350 people, who received certificates recognised at national level from Iiple, the Institute for the professional education of building workers in the province of Bologna.
The courses will be held in the classrooms set up in pavilion 36 and will also include practice on the machines in external Area 48. An exhibition area devoted to Unacea's members will be set up in the internal area near Formoter.
On the first day of the fair, Wednesday 5 October, the Construction equipment day will take place: a whole day, organised by Unacea in collaboration with Saie and other bodies of the sector, devoted to construction machines. Other foreseen initiatives include Unacea's annual assembly, Formoter's press conference, as well as technical and economic workshops for the sector's firms.
