Enrico Santini Enrico Santini - President
Born in Modena in 1961, he graduated in mechanical engineering at Bologna University in 1987 and entered Fiori Spa shortly afterward as a technical planner. In 1990 he became technical director in the same company and later director of the production plants. Since 2001 he has been a member of the company's board of directors as well as general director of the group. In 1992 he took part in the foundation of Ajax Fiori in India and is currently a member of its board of directors. Before the creation of Unacea, he was a councillor of Unacoma for seven years and the vice-president of the group of the earthmoving machinery manufacturers (Comamoter).



Franco Invernizzi Giampiero Biglia - Vice-president
Born in Turin on 18 October 1973, he graduated in economics and obtained a master's degree in marketing management. After gaining some experience in the financial sector and in strategic marketing, he was responsible for the markets of Northern Europe, Baltic countries, Belgium and Netherlands for Cnh. Currently, as business director, he is responsible for sales, marketing and field service for Cnh construction equipment Italia.





Enrico Prandini Enrico Prandini - Vice-president
Enrico Prandini was born in Calabria in 1957, but his family came from the Italian region of Emilia Romagna (his father was a pioneer in the development of agricultural mechanisation). He has worked in the sector for over thirty years. Since 2009 he has been CEO of Kue - Komatsu Utility Europe, Este (near Padua), a firm of the Japanese group specialising in small to medium excavating and construction machines. He received a technical education, and started his working career in the earthmoving section of Fiat Group, covering important roles connected with assistance and distribution. At the beginning of the 90's, he joined Komatsu and took part in the process of integration and later acquisition of Fai in the group, filling various positions in the marketing sector, customer service, industrialisation and emerging markets development.


Alberto Caletti Alberto Caletti - Councillor
In 1994 he joined the management of Komatsu taking the position of sales director Italy. Since 1996 he is sales director and later, in 2000, sales and marketing director. Presently, Alberto Caletti is CEO of Komatsu Italy SpA - the national distributor for the products of Komatsu Group.









Giulio Riccardi Giulio Riccardi - Councillor
Born in Genoa in 1963, he graduated in Political Sciences. He is currently CEO of Lameter Srl and of other firms belonging to his family. In Confindustria (Confederation of Italian Industry), he was president of the mechanical branch, Small enterprise group, vicepresident of the manufacturers' association of Genoa, as well as president of the consortium for the purchase of energy.







Mirco Risi Mirco Risi - Councillor
President of Simex srl, he considers himself basically as a professional who has taken on the role of an entrepreneur, and he proudly points out that he comes from a peasant family and that he himself used farm and construction machines. His ten-year work as a planner of backhoe loaders, loaders and excavators has enabled Simex to develop and manufacture its vast range of equipment, patenting numerous innovative solutions. As regards the management of his firm, he particularly prizes the image of reliability he has managed to achieve in the eyes of his collaborators and clients. Simex displays its products in the most important Italian and international fairs, but considers product quality and innovation far more important than marketing.


Paolo Venturi Paolo Venturi - Councillor
Born in Florence in 1971, he is currently vice-president of Ihimer spa, president of the board of directors of Imer Usa Ldt and a member of the board of directors of Imer International spa, Le Oru spa and Imer L&T (Turkey). Besides holding these corporate positions, he is a professor of Private and public international law at Siena University and of European law at the University for foreigners, Siena.






Michele Vitulano Michele Vitulano - Councillor
Born in 1968, after finishing his studies, he specialised in business administration at Spegea and completed his professional training "on the field" at Indeco spa - the family firm of which he is a shareholder - where he started by working as an assistant to the CEO and the marketing manager. Today he is sales and marketing manager, and, as president of the board of directors of Indeco North America, he personally deals with the Usa market. He was a councillor of Unacoma, representing the earthmoving machinery sector (Comamoter). A passionate yachtsman, he is also a gifted singer and performer: on a stage, he always feels perfectly at ease.
